1. Are your products ready-made or custom-made?
All our items are made to order, meaning they're produced specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. This allows us to reduce waste and maintain quality.

2. How long does shipping take?

• Production time: 2–5 business days

• Shipping time:

  • USA: 4–9 business days

  • Canada, UK, EU: 5–10 business days

  • Worldwide: 7–20 business days
    You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If there’s an issue, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at musaifbooks@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes may not be possible once the order is in production. Please reach out to us immediately if you need to make a change.

5. My item hasn't arrived—what do I do?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at musaifbooks@gmail.com, and we’ll help track it down.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times vary depending on your location.

7. Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some items may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking info for each package.
